A little robot delivers your trayThink The Jetsons A tray with my double cheeseburger and fries arrived. Now I never like a cheeseburger from fast food place I can not stand American cheese slices. Here was no exception, so take no negativity from that. The burgers themselves I could not taste but a Hinton from the cheese covering up the taste. I would have preferred a bit of a crust on the burger to give it a bit of texture. A good tasting bun and some perfectly cooked and salted fries wrapped up the meal along with a nice sized drink. I will come back to eat the burger.... no cheese please ”

“ I visited Shreveport 6 weekends in a row while a family member was there. This is the first place we ate, the best place we ate, and where we ate most often. The employees were incredibly friendly, my food always tasted amazing, the service is fast, and its extremely affordable. I also have an allergy to potatoes, so the fact that sweet potato fries are available is so nice. I dont eat breakfast, but my husband does, and he said that breakfast was excellent. I really miss this place, but I also put on like 10 lbs drinking those Nutter Butter shakes. ”

“ Great service, had a military discount, prices are very low for great food and a lot of it. The regular sized drinks are massive, so be prepared for that. Lastly, if you eat inside the establishment, they have an autonomous robot that will deliver your food to you, which makes the atmosphere of the place so much cooler. ”

Times are tough for truckers during COVID19, most restaurants will not allow walkup orders but I called Patty Shack and Jarred came up to my truck and placed my order for me. I received my food promptly and its delicious as always. This is the level of customer service every eatery should strive to emulate, the food is fantastic, the service is great, theres not much else to say but please give these fine people a try. ”

“ I went through the drive thru and ordered chili cheese fries which came to be 4.91 after tax. Its not an option on the menu board but theyre able to ring it up, and theyre really good! Employees were friendly, and the restaurant looks nice. ”
